The Deal Room is exclusively for verified buyers and provides access to selected bank-assisted properties and other property opportunities. Buyers must first be verified and approved by our team before gaining access. Each property may have its own offer and viewing process, with shortlisted buyers given the opportunity to view the property before deciding whether to proceed with or withdraw their offer.
